Definition of 'Minimum Payment' for Credit Card

You mention losses due to not doing a balance transfer but what were you expecting to happen if they kept it at your previous minimum payment?
There were various options available to me when I initially phoned. For example a relative said I could have transferred the balance on to their card. However, since I was led to believe that the payments would not increase from £30 a month, I chose just to 'stick with it.'
I appreciate that by sticking with it, I'd still be accruing interest, however £30 instalments are easier to pay than £80, especially during a temporary period when cash is in short supply at my end.
Cheers

A customer phoned to ask a question. The staff member answered incorrectly. This is worthy of a complaint.
If shareholders feel that making monetary goodwill gestures is inappropriate for the bottom line of a company then they should raise this at shareholder meetings and threaten to change the management. That will teach them.0
