HSBC Advance account

I just got my free money from TSB and about to switch to the HSBC Advance for their free money and in a big pink background on their website it says:
"We are currently experiencing high volumes of applications for our HSBC Advance Bank Account. This means that we may take longer than the normal 7 working days to confirm the decision of your online application. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes.
You may find that you could apply for an HSBC Advance Bank Account quicker by calling us on 0800 0326 215 or visiting your local branch."
Ohhh nooo! Lucky I have today off work so I guess I need to go into the branch and do it. I assume once I apply I will still get the free money? Eek!!!

I know but I was wondering if anyone knew if it would be too late to get the free money.
Anyway I am waiting in the branch now and the woman who greeted me rolled her eyes at me when I said what I wanted!!0 -

Couldn't squeeze any more detail out of them unfortunately.0
