Please Help

Sorry if this has been asked or answered in the past but im not entirerly sure of what i`m doing on this web site or with my bank.

I`m a serving member of the Armed Forces and have been trying to reclaim the charges my bank has charged. I started this back in April this year and only received my statements last month. I sent my first letter immediately on receiving them, but haven`t received anything back from Abbey since. I understand that since i sent my letter off, that the banks are now going to the courts to try and stop us all from reclaiming the charges that they have had many delights from whilst its been sat in there pockets.

I`m not sure if i should carry on with my claim by sending a second letter even though they dont have to deal with it or just to wait untill the court hearing has finished and run the risk of being unable to claim what i feel to be rightfully mine.

I`d would appriciate if somebody could give me some advice PLEASE
