When I asked the question, 'Will, one day, PE have to return all their ill-gotten gains - much like the PPI scandal - I was informed that "PE have no assets". (Hence I wonder what happens, i.e. who gets, all this money they collect?). Apparently, they're owned by Phoenix - although Capita was mentioned above - so hopefully they'll get landed with a huge amount of payouts at some point!
It may well be their principals - Morrisons, Aldi (how sweet), The Range (even sweeter), various hospitals (with the NHS picking up the bill), right through to Newquay Golf Club (I bet the members there will be well chuffed with a 100% rise in subscriptions - 'fore').

Private parking charges, i dont go looking for them but the ones i have had have never been paid.PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0
