BT Credit card - 1.5% off BT bill?

Hi -

Just came across a page on BT's credit card:
http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/consumerProducts/displayTopic.do?topicId=16849

Although it's an MBNA credit card under the bonnet, it suggests that it gives 1.5% off your BT bill from the word go. I know there's better cashback cards out there, but most only give better cashback rates for an initial few months before dropping. There is a max of £75 back pa.

Is there any catch to this? Anyone got one?

WoodCrest

Ah - reread the small print.
It's £200 spend per month to give a saving of £3 per quarter so that's actually the usual 0.5% available elsewhere. So that won't be such a good deal after all, then. Doh!

Your thinking and looking for that saving so don't give up keep going.
American express Platinium gives a good annual cashback depending on your annual spend or look at Tesco points,Sainsbury's Necter points that you can get everyday on all of your weekly spend including fuel and clothes.
I don't actually calculate my points but it has got to be over £500 a year.
