We've got a 15cm gap in our kitchen that we were going to fill with a 15cm wine cooler. After reading, we've discovered that a lot of them aren't big enough to fit prosecco or champagne bottles!
Does anyone know of a 15cm wine cooler which can fit these?

What is it with wine coolers? When we were designing a new kitchen every designer we talked to was keen to push wine coolers (presumably because they have a bigger profit margin than a tiny extra bit of cupboard). They weren't impressed when I said the design already had one and pointed to the area marked 'fridge'.You can pick your friends and you can pick your nose but you can't pick your friend's nose.0

Fridges don't normally run at the correct temperature for wine, perhaps?Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230

The temperatures that you need to keep food at is far too cold for most wine. We are having a new kitchen soon and we will definitely have a wine cooler.
If my husband had his way he would sacrifice a dishwasher just to fit it in.0 -
Did you find one 3 years later?!!:)0

Which is why you shouldn't chill wine for much more than an hour in a regular household fridge.0
