eBay buyers haven't paid

I sold various bits of old clothing on eBay. 2 of the items haven't been paid for, it's now been a week and I've resent the invoice twice (one after 2 days and one yesterday). They are 2 different buyers. I want rid of the items as I have no space for them, what do I do now?

Open a Non payer dispute which will close in 2 days and you will then get your fees back and can then relist the items.0
