parking in tescos gatwick

I am a taxi driver.this morning(24/8) i went to the tesco store at Gatwick to do some shopping.when I came out a lady informed me that a man from a parking company had taken a photo of my cab.I then found out that over the past few days Tesco had put some new notices up in the car park.Among other things these state that taxis waiting are subject to a 70pound fine.As I was not"waiting" but shopping what should I do if I receive a fine.I have kept the receipt to prove have bought something.I feel that tesco should display a notice bringing our attention to the new signs as we can't be expected to check signs every time we use the store.

You wont recive a fine, read the sticky thread, and if your the registered keeper of the vehicle wait for them to write to you, as soon as they do go to the Tesco store and demand they cancel it, as well as appologise to you for the inconvenience.
I would be tempted to do this with a full shopping trolley at the CS deskFrom the Plain Language Commission:
