refund entitlement confusion/bullying

ok first time posting here so i bought a car on july 3rd picked it up july 10th by july 20th a fault appeared that reduced its speed to a crawl ( limp mode i am assured) took car in, no qualms about fixing it, took it away 3 days later same problem, so again took it in, repaired, took it away a few days later same problem, took it back, seven days later picked up car, 5 days after that same problem but no limp mode, all the way through this the engine management light was on, this time it was intermitent, wanted my money back got told that if i wanted it back i could have it back , but they would deduct the cost of the warranty and the repairs done so far, i caved and let them try a 4th time to repair it,


so can I get my money back or not? in full?
