PPI refund

Just to say a REALLY BIG THANK YOU to Martin and the team. Like many others I have been bombarded with e-mails and phone calls for many months. So as I have had fixed rate bank loans for many years I thought maybe I am owed something, and the decider was the latest radio ads saying " all we need is the name of your bank". I thought I would just check what Martin has to say and the advice was"do it yourself" - so I did and I have just received a very substantial refund, which had I contacted a CMC I would have given them 30% of my refund for doing something which took me literally 15 minutes filling out an on line claim form. You have to really dig around on the banks web site to find the usually very small link for PPI claims but it's certainly worth it. Once again THANK YOU!!
