I've had a court date .....

from a claim started last Nov . This has been transfered from the County Court to a Mercantile Court were mine will be one of many heard on that day ,however Nat West's solicitors have written to say they are asking for a suspension following the announcement on 27th July - should I take any notice unless the court get in touch ?

    no ignore the letter from bank if it has been stayed the court will be in touch,if you dont get a court letter turn up at court but expect it to be stayed then
