Capital One Application

Hi all, am new here so going to be looking around for some help in managing my finances a bit better.

Anyway, I applied for a credit card through Capital One over a week ago now. I was pre-approved when I checked my eligibility so I applied for it and was told at the end I was accepted for £500 credit limit. and my pin code and card would arrive shortly. Since then I've had no emails, no pin and no card. Do they usually take over a week to send these out? I expected my pin through within 3-4 working days but still nothing.

I got nothing either until pin arrived took just over a week.

I applied last week for one for my dad. Last Sunday actually. We got the PIN by Wednesday and the card came Saturday. Also got a confirmation email with password for online account around Tuesday / Wednesday.

Mine took ages to come through but if you are concerned then give them a ring .

I had an email prompting me to set up my online account before my card and pin arrived. I'd give it a couple more days and then call them.

So it seems to be mixed. I suppose I should trust them to send them out this week as it did say they are on the way. If there was any issues with the application they would have maybe tried to contact me. I'll see what happens this week before I call them. Cheers folks.

Not sure why you don't just give them a quick call to see what's happening, least then you will know where you stand instead of just guessing.
