ipswich regular saver issue 1

dear people has anybody jus had there ipswich regular saver issue 1 matured, i invested the max £250 every month and expires on tuesday, does anybody know how much intrest i will get? thanks for any replies.

Mine matured on the 8th Aug and a cheque was received a couple of days later.

Gross £137.49 Net £111.63

I've been robbed, I only netted £104-18. Plus £4-83 whilst it was sitting in the the other rollover a/c. thingy 'cos I didn't request it immediately.

You get the maximum benefit by putting your money in as early as possible during the month.

Also as its not fixed rate and the rate has risen a bit how much you get will depend on when your account matures.

Received net £116.26 but have only just sent my passbook off to get matured cheque as I have continued paying into it for another year but from a different source account. (Barclays as that is who Ipswich BS use for clearing)

What a coincidence that you've mentioned changing your source account to Barclays for your Ipswich RS continuation. Last week I was considering doing the same thing when my Ipswich RS matures.

I currently feed the following regular savers from Barclays (because of the clearing bank factor) Principality, Cheshire and Skipton all of which have a sort code beginning '20' (for Barclays). The 1st SO payments seem to arrive the following day and all subsequent payments have arrived the same day.

However, my Ipswich RS sort code begins with '23'. Though Ipswich are also using Barclays as their clearing bank, I don't think the (second SO or subsequent) payments from Barclays to Ipswich would arrive same day. How long do your payments from Barclays to Ipswich take to arrive?
