TSB Internal risk band

Hi,
I opened up a Classic Plus account in June.
I had an appt at TSB today to open up Young saver account for my child. During the meeting I asked adviser for my risk score. She said my risk score is 5. She said 10 is the worse and 1 is the best.
The adviser said as the account was only opened in June - the score may go down in 2-3 months and the system may be able to further facilities.
I was more interested in TSB credit card. Anyone know what is the minimum score required in order to be eligible for TSB Credit card?
Regards

I'm not sure but you can ask if your eligible to apply for the product and they will tell you.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0

Have you used the MSE eligibility checker? What did it say?https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/eligibility/credit-cards/0

They would not give me a card until at least six months after having a current account.0

Experience tells me. If you open a regular saver even for relatively small sums of money, it dose wonders for your internal score.0

I'm with Lloyds Bank and I'm told I'm a 'Band Two' customer.
When I first opened my account with them in March 2014 I applied for a Choice Rewards credit card and was subsequently declined.
Left in six months (on advice posted here on MSE) and applied again and was successful that time. It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0 -
Please remember it's not all they use. They will run a credit reference agency check as well, the internal score is just an additional item that can help (or hinder) the application as it shows your "Behaviour" with the bank. It's all then pumped into the calculation.
So you could have a 10/10, but something on your CRA check could still see you rejected.Peter
