i have had to have my computer hard drive wiped and everything re-installed,(i think??
thats what happened)THANKS TO AOL!! and i can't get my mp3 player to be recognised now. i need to reinstall the softwear but have lost the disk.
how can i get another disk? ive emailed creative but had no reply and ive looked on ebay. is it possible to get another disc? its a creative zen microphoto.
any body got any ideas??-or a spare copy of the disc??;)

i have tried this but couldn't get it to work. the computer says my mp3 player needs to be connected-i connect it and it still doesn't recognise it. susiesue

sorry don't no what that means? im not very techinacal im afraid. i have lost the cd that came with the mp3 player did install it but its gone now when the man repaired my computer.susiesue

Drivers usually need to be installed before connecting the device to the computer.
1. Install the driver.

i have got XP. i really don't know why its not working. i load the softwear from the site ok, try and run it but get the msg. box connect your palyer-so i do that and then nothing. ill email them again for a cd. thanks for replying. im at work now so replying covertly!!susiesue
