Exhaust heat shield. Normally I'd remove the securing nuts/bolts and fit a bigger washer or bodge some chicken wire to secure it again.
It's most likely corroded around the mountings.0 -
It looks rather unusual, as if the exhaust as dropped from its mountings and then been refitted without putting the heatshield back in place.0

The heat shield has dropped and become loose then it rattles on top of the exhaust. Push back up in place and you will see the mounting holes are and you could use repair washers to put it back on or just remove it completely.0

It will be an easy fix, but you do have to fix it. Manufacturers don't throw in free extras, that needs to be in place.0
