Hi,
My partner applied for her £2 statutory report on the 12th August and was informed a code would be posted.
No code has arrived, she has emailed the help account a couple of times and no reply from them either!
She spoke to someone on the phone today and they said they couldn't help either and you have to wait for an email response!
Her details were compromised by the Carphone Warehouse data breach so you can imagine she is worried her letter has gone missing and into the wrong hands!
Can you help find out where the letter is?

I understand that your partner would need to check her report urgently as they are worried about fraud.
When you apply for a statutory report you should get the passkey within 7 working days. I am sorry to hear that this has not been the case.
So that I can get this checked for you could you please ask that your partner [EMAIL="uksocialsupport@experian.com"]email[/EMAIL] her details (name, date of birth, address) to me.

Did your partner send the email the [EMAIL="uksocialsupport@experian.com"]uksocialsupport@experian.com[/EMAIL] or our main customer service email?
If they send their details to [EMAIL="uksocialsupport@experian.com"]uksocialsupport@experian.com[/EMAIL] we can check to see what has happened with the application for her.

Still no code delivered
Why you cant access your statutory report online right away like Equifax I do not know.
My girlfriend is getting quite upset about this now - please can you arrange for someone to call her and explain why she hasn't received two letters now.0 -

I'm sorry to hear that your girlfriend still hasn't received her PassKey, as you've mentioned she received a response on the 24/08, if additional PassKey was issued and posted out to her, I want to assure you both that this can take up to 5 working days to be received and due to the bank holiday this may cause a delay.
