I`m on the second stage, I have appealed to premier park, not stating the driver etc
They have rejected the appeal and offered:

reduced £60 fine/charge
appeal to POPLA via web or letter
or ignore and leagal action etc

The car park is the back of a posh(ish) hotel/bar my daughter is at keyboard lessons and it`s usually turn up drop off and return an hour later
There `evidence` http://www.pcnpayments.com/cgi-bin/tickit_payonline.cgi (not sure this wil work)

copy and paste of a bit:
unique number
Issued On:
22/06/2015 at 14:21

Location Code:
L01451

Location:
The Talbot Hotel (ANPR)

Reason For Issue:
Unauthorised Entry / Parking

The time would by completly incorrect because the lessons start at 1815 and finish an hour later

is the time stated above the time they claim we were entering/parking?

Thanks for any assistance

Ray

Point #1 in the POPLA appeal (not saying who was driving of course) should be the NTK flaws:

Doesn't matter. He'll win at POPLA. anyway - there are loads of threads here about Premier Park.

Have a read here - this is as much as we know currently. The new arrangements are only a day old.

  • umm , you we presumably invited onto the premises , (drop your daughter off)

a stiff word with the hotel manager , followed by a change of keyboard lesson location and teacher

DON,t muck about , get them TOLD!!

tell the tutor (who perhaps hires the room) that you (your daughter) will not be returning , until the tutor finds a new location , as you are not going to put up with "spy cameras" , and crap coming thru your letterbox

The place with the lesson was to the side of the hotel carpark, not in the hotel
  • in that case , play louder next time and annoy the !!!!!!s!
