Still awaiting compensation for a holiday in June Cancelled our holiday hotel less than 12hours before departure for airport. They put us in hotel on a steep slope although the hotel we had booked was on the flat because of walking difficulties.
They have not responded within the 28 days as they said they would.
I have now sent all paper work to ABTA.
