Temporary restriction order query

Hi

The council have put up a temporary waiting restriction notice on a number of streets close to me. They are the laminated A4 sheets strung on lamp posts etc. However, there are no road markings or signs up yet.

If I parked there, would I get a ticket? From what I have read, it is only legally enforceable once the lines and signs are up

Thanks

You are probably better off asking this question on pepipoo.com as they specialise in council parking tickets.
