Mortgage PPI complaint

Hi All
Looking for a bit of advice.
I entered into an Trust Deed which was 8 years ago and have had varied success with PPI reclaims.
My question is my Mortgage was nothing to do with my Trust Deed as it was paid off before I entered into a trust deed will this PPI be paid to me or the trust deed company.

Your administrator should be made aware as it is treated as an asset from prior to the trust deed. They will then decide (typically depends on whether all the creditors were paid in full or not).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). According to the bank when I spoke to them they have agreed that indeed I was mis sold this policy while taking out my mortgage.
As my mortgage was cleared off long before I entered into a trust deed I was wondering who would receive this money0
