r50 downlighter

I have downlighters in my kitchen and i need to remove one as the threaded part that you screw the bulb into came out with a bulb I tried to replace. any help/diagrams/advice.
The fitting as a Knightsbridge ct-4150 that takes R50 bulbs.
currently fitting those low energy R50 froam A***

If you look here it shows you how to fit them and so removing them will be the opposite.
If you grab it and pull it down it should pull through the holes as they are held in with springs.
