get rid of cards/or not to get rid of cards????

Hi everybody,a newbie here.To the basics and point.I have a limited credit rating, upto 5 years,i have an hfax clarity card 1800 credit,an MBNA low rate card, not the lowest but 8.9 %,a barclaycard initial.........low credit high apr,and having used the eligibility checker,i applied for another MBNA card which was approved, although only 12 months 0% apr for purchases,im not complaining.Total credit 18oo hfax, bcard 800,mbna 3000,and new mbna 3600,should i ditch the bcard to relieve my credit rating,or ring up bcard and ask if they would swap my bcard for a decent if possible new purchase card and lower than 21.9 % rate and biger credit limit and see what they say,or should i ditch the barclaycard and lower my clarity cards limit,to help my rating?Any honest info much appreciated. Personal income 32k before tax, just as an idea.TY.
