Swan Tap - Neck lifting from base

Kitchen - mono tap.
When we turn the water on pressure is lifting the neck away from the base. Started today.
Turned water off and took the tap neck off.
There is a washer and either side 2 plastic rings with grooves.
Any idea of why its happening and how to fix it?
Many thanks

There should be a grub screw at the back of either the base or swan neck. This will need tobe tightened once the 2 parts are put back together.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

Sorry for hijacking a thread... We have a tap with a swan neck, but I can't figure out how to detach the neck. (It's leaking a bit around the join.)
I have removed the grub screw, but it still doesn't seem to want to lift off. Do I just need to be a bit more violent with it ? I've tried lining it up in the obvious directions (forwards over the sink, over either tap, and backwards).0 -
Try swing it round to 90 degrees & lifting.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0
