Getting a key cut for a Ford KA in Croydon/Surrey

Losing my wife's car keys has gone down very, very badly.
Knowing they are in the house somewhere is at least something - I can rip the place apart with a reasonable chance of finding it - along with the "lucky" Crystal Palace fob.
Does anyone know what the procedure for getting another cut? Not a remote, just a plain key. She'll go nuts if I go to Ford - can they be cut anywhere?
Recommendations would be gratefully received. I could trawl the net tomorrow, but if I can sort out a plan before bedtime it might be something.
