Transfer to fixed bond account by mistake

Hi, I was trying to transfer into my eSavings account and transfer the funds twice by mistake to the fixed bond account, and now I can't transfer them back :(. Tried calling the online help desk but they can't help!

PS: Its Lloyds accounts

Pleas help! What can I do now?

    The online banking number is really just for technical problems and so on.

    You need to call the number for account issues:


    0345 300 0000

    or 01733 347 007

    I think this is also their Telephone Banking number and is automated, but you ought to be able to speak to someone if you follow the menus.

    Got it sorted out thanks! Went to local lloyds branch, they first were saying its not possible. I had to argue with them and then they asked a local manager, who signed the form and the funds are back!!
