Mereway premium partner kitchen install.

I used the Mereway website to select one of their recommended
Premium partner kitchen installers.
My kitchen was installed to a appalling standard.
Was left with 5 minor leaks,a cupboard door not closing as it caught on a worktop edge,so the installers just cut a notch out of the worktop end, so much filler between a plinth and skirting board that the filler fell out.
Other plinths just jammed under cabinets without any fixings.
Filler panels made from offcuts of plinth so we have cut and raw edges still visible.

A supposedly bespoke window sill made from offcuts of upstands and lots clear silicone sealent

All upstands were left unsealed and upstands joints not filled or treated.
Very poor plastering where the old tiles have been removed.
Small nails jammed behind a cupboard door hinge to keep it closed.
And many other faults still remain.
Mereway have applied some pressure to the installer to correct
Some of the faults, which They have done.
Very disappointed with Mereway and upset for the wife as the new
Kitchen was her retirement present.
Also received a veiled threat from the Mereways sales director that if I put anything negative on this website
That Mereway would not take kindly to that.
Mereway are still recommending this clown as it seems future sales are more important than satisfied customers.
