UKCPS Ignoring my Appeal

Hi, I have gone through the Newbies forum and used a basic template to form my own letter of appeal to UKCPS back in July. I wrote within the allowed amount of time and sent the letter to them asking them to cancel the charge or offer me a POPLA code in order to take my appeal to the next stage. However, I have now received a letter from them which has completely ignored my previous letter and states that the appeals process is now over, I have not replied in the allotted amount of time and that they still require £100 to be paid immediately or the charge will increase. Can anyone advise me on what to do in this situation. I am planning on sending another letter with a copy of the original but I can't help thinking that they will just ignore this as well. Thanks very much!

You will not get a Popla code from this company, they are not member of the BPA. They operate a mickey mouse ADR called IAS.
They appear to have a problem with v.a.t. As this invoice will probably be for an alleged contractual charge on which v.a.t. is payable, did their paperwork mention vat? If not it becomes a breach of contract and GPEOL applies More reading here

UKCPS have not done popla for about 12 months since they jumped ship to the IPC last year, so you definitely will not get a popla code
they have 6 years to pursue this under small claims court, if they are ignoring you that is their prerogative as they have already told you that they wont allow a further appeal and have turned yours down
you need to read that newbies thread properly, as its clear you didnt take on board the IPC or IAS aspect for members of the IPC ATA0 -
Depending on what/how you are alleged to have broken the rules, try calling the retailer and being nice, asking them if they will cancel the ticket. Worked for me.0

This is a game UKCPS play. They don't reply to or acknowledge letters and just keep escalating.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0

So just ignore them, come back if they issue a court claim. Ignore other letters except a '10 day Notice before Court claim' or similar.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I also have sent my appeal in July for a parking charge issued when I had my permit displayed on my dashboard! They have also ignored it and likely sent me the same letter for one hundred pounds. Phoned the company today who stated they had not received my appeal.
Coincidental that this is a recurrent situation!!
Am sending a copy with covering letter via recorded delivery this time on Monday and we will see what happens!0
