Four Points Hotels - Rate Guarantee Claim Form

Briefly, The Four Points by Sheraton Hotel Franchise offer a rate guarantee, which basically states that if you are able to find a rate cheaper elsewhere (and you probably will), they will offer a 10% discount or 2K Starpoints on their loyalty scheme.

Procedure is as follows:
1) Start here:

2) Select desired destination, and in the page that follows, select desired hotel.

3) Click on Contact Us. Because you want to contact them and say that there is a better rate elsewhere.

4) Near the bottom left corner of the page there would be a small section titled 'Rooms and Rates'. There would be a link titled 'Best Rate Guarantee'. Click this.

5) In the page that pops-up, Learn more about the Guarantee by clicking the Learn More link.

6) Locate the following line to ensure that they will honour the lower rate.
"If you do find a lower published rate prior to, or within 24 hours of, booking your room, simply submit a Best Rate Guarantee Claim to us and we'll honor the lower rate."

7) Click on the link to the Claim Form. Fill it up as instructed, and wait for about 2 working days. A confirmation email would also be sent within 5 minutes.
