Stud wall cost

We live in an old 2 up 2 down type terrace which has had a loft conversion done long before we moved in. The only problem with this is you have to walk through the back bedroom to get access to the staircase for the loft.
The master bedroom is massive and we could easily lose some space from this to create access from this side instead by creating a corridor and a new doorway. Most of the other houses on the street have been done like this.
I'm just wondering if anyone had a *rough* idea of how much this would cost. I have literally no idea whether we can afford to do it at the moment so I haven't bothered getting any quotes yet.
From what I can gather we'd need:
*Stud wall & associated plaster work.
*2 sockets moving
*New light fitting in corridor
*wall would need knocking through to create access to the loft stairs
*New door / architrave etc
plus everything else to make good.
