I have just noticed that Morgan Stanley have now moved my annual cash back date from ( originally 21/7/07 ) 21/1/08 to the 21/7/08, surely if they continue to move this date like this, I / we will never ever get paid.

Can they do this ??

From 1st October 2006, you’ll no longer automatically receive your Cashback Bonus award cheque on your anniversary date (the date you opened your account). You’ll be able to redeem it whenever you want. You’ll even be able to choose how you receive your Cashback Bonus award too. You can request a cheque, which is normally sent to you within seven working days, or have it paid directly into your Credit Card account. All you have to do is call customer services and tell us how and when you would like it†.
    And more fine print
The Cashback Bonus award is 1% of the first £2000 of Purchases in a particular year followed by 0.5% of the remaining Purchases made within your Credit Limit in that year. Unless we notify you otherwise, in any year, the maximum amount of Purchases and/or part of a Purchase on the Account (excluding any Purchases for which you have been given a refund) which are eligible to earn Cashback Bonus award is £20,000. Other Rules apply and you will not be able to earn and/or redeem Cashback Bonus award in certain circumstances or on certain Purchases. See Cashback Bonus award Programme Rules for further information.

† The minimum Cashback Bonus award you can redeem is £15, followed by increments of £15 i.e. £30, £45, £60, etc. Terms and Conditions apply. Please see the Cashback Bonus award Programme Rules for full details.
