Wrong Refund on item

I bought some items online from a clothes store which totalled to about £140 however I sent them all back. Today (19/08/15) I was checking my bank statement and noticed that they had only refunded me £16 rather than the full £140 (just under) which was refunded on the 28/07/15. I emailed the store and they said that I need to send them a photo of proof of postage. I've looked high and low but cannot find it. Am I still able to get a full refund? bearing in mind they already refunded me £16 so should have a record that they received the items I sent.

How did you pay for the goods?0 -
Thank you for the reply,
No they didn't mention why I got a small amount, they just said sorry for the inconvenience and asked for the proof of postage and asked me to list the items I've refunded, even though its all on my account on their website. I paid using my debit card. I'm just confused why they need proof of postage as they have obviously received my return to refund me something in the first place0 -
If sent by RM the proof of postage will have the weight of the parcel on it. If another carrier I agree it won't help at all.0

yes it was royal mail, none of the items I ordered were £16 individually so seems odd I should be refunded the £16. thank you anyway though!0

I don't think anyone can help you without knowing the seller's reason for refunding so little.0 -
