no , until notified by the BPA that they are continuing , or closing the investigation (with a list of the sanction points they are awarding) do nothing with the PPC


this is "officially" on hold , so forget any stupid "you did not reply within 28 days" !!!!!!!!


write to the debt collector

the debt with "xxx" is in dispute , therefore I am not going to pay the monies requested in your letter.


please refer the case and all paperwork back to "xxx"

only when a full popla appeal has been entered , there has not been an appeal lodged here

Not right Freddy. PPC wrote to OP on 19th asking for further information and has already instructed debt collectors during the appeal process.

Read their response again

just to add to your first post , JD parking have not changed there name to Parking CSL , they have just tried to steer you to there debt collection company http://www.parkingcsl.co.uk/


PCS are the sister Co to debt recovery + , and try to get you to appeal via there website , http://www.parkingcsl.co.uk/appeals/form.php this appeal is never seen by the parking Co , and is an automatic decline on a email with a header from PCS/DR+ ,

Thanks guys - I think i'll just await a response from the BPA then to see what they're doing! no further communication with the PPC then:)
