PE have plenty of other fish to fry; I don't think they'd want to potentially expose themselves as heartless, uncaring and prepared to chase beyond the grave!
They outsource the admin work to the famous firm beginning with V also owned by Capita.
They have a system, you either pay, appeal via POPLA or they sue.
They dont care about publicity, they are raking in Millions from this.
Personally I would Ignore them and let them sue "the keeper" all the way.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
If it ever gets to court I think it will be fairly easy to show Registered Keeper is not keeper in this particular case, and therefore keeper liability does not exist.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0

Exactly. If you can cope with all the mail in the husbands name, then just ignore it.
Get the DVLA records updated though, and check on insurance.0
