Has anybody tried to reclaim ppi from the supermarket banks? How did you get on?

I haven't but I would imagine it is the same as anything other PPI complaint against a bank.
For a start, there tends to be a 'proper bank' working in partnership with the supermarket anyway eg. Sainsbury's works in a joint venture with Lloyds Banking Group with their 'bank' and their staff are more likely to work for Lloyds rather than Sainsbury's.
Therefore the systems and procedures will more than likely be the same.0
