    I will Redx, to be honest I have only used it for hospital appointments up to now, although I have read the booklet. It was a complete oversight, and one I won't be doing again!

    Thank you Half_way. It was a trip with the family before I have a major op and in recovery for some time. Yes that is the place! I contacted the BPA.. they say they are not registered with them but are with Independent Parking Committee (whatever that is).

    The IPC are the trade body that PPC's turn to when they do not like the rules that the BPA use

    note the BPA are pretty useless .... but are made to look good by the IPC...

    The IPC have an appeals body called 'skipies place' .... er I mean the IAS who run a kangaroo court ( hence my typo ;))

    do not worry about all this just yet ... wait for the NTK and appeal to the cinema as advised

    google is your friend when you dont know something and need to know it

    google IPC PARKING and their website pops up

    it is true that they are not in the BPA, so popla isnt offered, its the IPC and so the IAS which is a kangaroo court and derided by almost everybody on the web
