Has anyone used them to successfully sell their property? I am considering giving them a go.

I have already had them round to do a valuation, took photos and prepared a draft brochure which I am then able to offer amendments if I so wish. They also carried out a EPC at the same time for a cost of £40.
I am confident my house will sell quickly, I am just unsure if the benefits of keeping the cost down by using these will definitely outweigh paying extra for a local agent.0 -
Is this to help your inlaws sell their property before moving in with you to the property your parents are selling you...?
Either way, I'd avoid this company.
