Has anyone used them to successfully sell their property? I am considering giving them a go.

    Decent reviews http://www.allagents.co.uk/property-eagle/

I have already had them round to do a valuation, took photos and prepared a draft brochure which I am then able to offer amendments if I so wish. They also carried out a EPC at the same time for a cost of £40.

I am confident my house will sell quickly, I am just unsure if the benefits of keeping the cost down by using these will definitely outweigh paying extra for a local agent.

Is this to help your inlaws sell their property before moving in with you to the property your parents are selling you...?

Either way, I'd avoid this company.

ps - I'd be highly suspicious of who wrote those reviews......
