Cashplus purchase protection enquiry?

Does anyone have any experience with Cashplus when any purchase goes wrong i.e: item not received, item not described, company goes bust or fraud?
They claim on their website "We’ve already paid out tens of thousands of pounds to our customers"

Is their 'purchase protection scheme' any different from the ordinary Visa, Mastercard & Amex Chargeback?0
-
Not sure. It may be a chargeback instead of section 75.0

What do you mean by 'instead'?0

It seems to have what they call a "Purchase Protection feature" but they don't say how it works so it could easily just be Chargeback. It's not clear whether there is any credit involved in using the card, if there isn't then I don't see how S75 could be involved.

It's just chargeback, there's no S75 on prepaid cards.0 -
I got a tweet reply from Cashplus earlier.
They said "We review disputes on a case by case basis, but both chargebacks and Section 75 are available to assist if a dispute does arise"0 -
Can you stop using bold, please? And increasing the font size? What point are you trying to make?
I think they have tweeted rubbish about Section 75. Hardly a surprise...
