So, in July I requested an additional card holder on my barclaycard cashback account, the cards never turned up so the advisor at barclaycard sent another set of replacement cards on the 10th of August (Delivery estimate 4-5 days).

Anyways those cards haven't turned up either so I called again and the advisor who then cancelled all cards even mine and send out replacement cards special delivery, which should of arrived yesterday. I still have no cards and now mine are cancelled, I rang barclaycard and the supervisor hadn't a clue what to say and said to wait until tomorrow!

What should I do? Why are none of my cards arriving, any thoughts?

P.S I have two account with barclaycard and the other was replaced last week and turned up with 3 days of normal delivery :/

Sounds obvious, but have they got the correct address on their systems ? Ask them to verify what address they're sending them to. I can believe post getting lost, but I would have thought special delivery should have got there.

Yeah I thought it would have turned up too! I have confirmed the address with them each time I called plus I've had no issues in the past :/

What does the special delivery tracking show?

Barclaycard don't hand over any sort of tracking code for the delivery :/ Both the advisor and the supervisor said they cannot track it either as the don't have any information apart from that it's been sent.

I guess they've wasted their money in that case, it seems completely pointless to use SD if neither end of the process is able to track it.

The item will be tracked from being picked up by Royal Mail to delivery by 1pm next day,the sender is required to keep a copy of the items tracking number (finishes in gb if sent in UK) and to whom it,s been sent, they also need to provide a return address.

If they can't trace it I would avoid having any accounts with them
I have a deep burning indifference
