Got the dreaded stay form Judge Murdoch

It landed yesterday with a thud!, is there any legal way to challenge this and if so what is the likelyhood of there being a case heard or is it a case of wait for a YEAR+?????!!!!. I am so angry as it is on behalf of my mum and dad who have had to downgrade their living quarters and were looking forward to making a decent saving with the reclaimed cash!.

What annoys me is that credit card companies are in essence admitting that the charges were too much by refunding the difference between £30 and £12, it would be a step in the right direction if the banks did this!!.

Also received the dreaded 'stay' this morning (18th August) from Judge Murdoch Northampton County Court... It is regarding my claim for £3,900 with the Alliance And Leicester who are not even one of the big banks taking part in the test case

now how strange is that! I thought this judge was very good in my case....basically I f***d up the claim by going beyond the limitation act..i added contractual interest and without realising it added up 2 charges that had been repeated....i didnt fill my POC in correct all i put was reclaim of charges plus interest blah blah...then the nice judge wrote to me saying i had to supply a detailed further POC as to why the charges where in refute and I do this by 23rd Aug 07 well i done this already as I had to amend the claim but nontheless i further submitted what the court ordered me to do...he then stayed my claim from 23rd aug - 6th sept 07 so that the sols and me have to come to some resolution or the defendants have to supply a breakdown of the costs to the court.
