Trying to use https://www.holidaysafe.co.uk site is just not working for me, I called and was on hold for 30 minutes, what is going on?

Do a search here and online and you will see you need to be prepared to wait a lot longer to be on hold before you get through. And then it seems there is pretty poor service when you do get through:

They must be having the one off problem with their telephones that seems to be a continual problem...
