So, I'm assuming it should be the year the grapes were grown then?
Yeah, that makes sense actually, since a bottle of 18 year old whisky wasn't released and bottled 18 years ago! DOH
(and I know Whisky isn't made of grapes, but I don't drink wine so Whisky is a good enough analogy for me
