  • So where did they get the bit about the other car being in your space from?
  • assessor was Nozir Uddin.

I added this as a pdf in my evidence along with a brief statement i wrote first which did include the mitigating circumstance so I'm not sure if they read the statement but not this evidence that accompanied it or what really!

so put a complaint in to the lead adjudicator and ask them to intervene as clearly they have not addressed the points in your pdf, ask for a reassessment by the lead adjudicator on the basis that not all the points were addressed

at the very least they should have adjourned the decision until after the not a gpeol Beavis case is decided in october

Sounds like they've overlooked your additional appeal info.

What address did you send it too?
Did you include the POPLA reference with it?

As above, complain to the Lead Adjudicator that the assessor has not considered all your appeal evidence, only the initial appeal wording.
  • ok will do thanks
  • sent it to the email it specified at the time and yes should have had reference number for my case on it

They'll tell you that their decision is final and to go away.

You may need to write directly to the Lead Adjudicator.
