My Ebay Account has been suspended

My account has been suspended because according to ebay i was selling items that were in violation of its term and conditions. The item i was selling is photoblocker, a special spray that over exposes gatso flash speed camera photographs. The product is perfectly legal to sell, and i have sold this product since Oct 04 with all posative feedback. The thing is, i have been suspended and i am an authorised dealer of this product licensed by https://www.photoblockeruk.com. Can anyone tell me why at least 20 other people are still being allowed to sell this product, despite me bringing this to the attention of ebay?

I think there is some disagreement as to whether or not GATSO is legal by a technicality in this country. If there is any doubt ebay will remove listings that are reported to them. This forum also decided to remove GATSO adverts.

Sometimes it does seem that ebay are quite random in what gets removed and what doesn't.

However, ebay would not have suspended you without prior warnings, these might not necessarily be about the same thing.

All you can hope is that ebay will re instate you at some point.

Are you sure that you have not violated any of the other conditions, i.e, charging extra for paypal, search manipulation with your titles etc as after 3 or 4 times of that your account would have been suspended. I can't see any other reason?

Ebay have just said that my item violates there terms and conditions, despite this product still being available from other members. despite contacting ebay and telling them this they have not replied and the product is still being sold on ebay, unfair in my book, one rule for all not some.

It's illegal to use this stuff and if someone is caught using it you yourself could then be prosecuted by them unless you have a disclaimer exempting you from it's use.

It doesnt work anyway, but good luck to you if people are stupid to buy it :D and making you some money :beer:
