Prize Draw 2015 - Win Your Weekend – Terms and Conditions
1. The ‘Win Your Weekend’ prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is a competition organised and
facilitated by Iceberg Press Limited (Company number 9051321) of Thorne House, Turners
Hill Road, Crawley Down, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 4HQ in conjunction with Joules. No
purchase is necessary to enter or to win the Prize Draw and any purchase you make will not
increase your chance of winning.
2. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) are the only terms and conditions that apply to the
Prize Draw.
3. Entry into the Prize Draw is on the understanding and acceptance of these T&Cs and by
entering the Prize Draw you confirm that you accept these terms. The details of the Prize
Draw form part of these T&Cs. You should print and retain a copy of these T&Cs for
reference. Any breach of these T&Cs may result in a prize being forfeited, at Joules’ sole
discretion.
4. To enter this prize draw, entrants must:

• reside in the United Kingdom and be 16 years of age or older.
5. You must enter the Prize Draw in your own name; you may not enter on behalf of anyone
else. There is only one entry allowed per person. Should you use a false name you will be
disqualified.
6. The Prize Draw is not open to Joules employees and their immediate family, their agents or
anyone else in any way professionally connected with this promotion.
7. Internet access is required and Joules will not pay a contribution to its cost. Only
applications made online will be accepted.
8. No bulk or third party entries shall be accepted. Entries made online using methods
generated by script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
9. Joules does not accept responsibility for any entries which Joules fails to receive due to
computer error in transit.
10. The Prize Draw will run from 09.00 hours on 19 August 2015 until 23.59 hours on 17 October
2015 (the “Closing Date”).
11. The winner will be picked at random by an independent adjudicator from all of the valid
entries received before the Closing Date.
12. There will be one winner in total. The winner will be awarded a £1000 (one thousand
pounds) gift card to spend at Joules, in its UK stores (excluding concessions) and online (the
“Prize”).
13. The Prize must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be transferred,
and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
14. The Prize is only redeemable by the named winner. It must not be sold on.
15. Iceberg Press Limited will make reasonable efforts to notify the winner of the Prize by
email or phone no later than 30 October 2015. If having made those efforts it is not possible
to contact the winner, Iceberg Press Limited and Joules reserve the right to offer the prize
to the next valid entrant drawn at random. Any redraw will be undertaken in accordance
with these T&Cs.
16. The winner of the Prize will be notified using the contact details they provided at entry.
Joules is not responsible for details inserted incorrectly.
17. Limitations of liability: Insofar as permitted by law, neither Joules, its agents or anyone
professionally connected to the Prize Draw, assume any responsibility or liability for:
a. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment,
systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any
aspect of this Prize Draw; or
b. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination
thereof.
18. The surname and country of the winner will be obtainable for three months from the
Closing Date, by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Joules Limited, FAO: ‘Win
your Weekend’ Prize Draw 2015 (Marketing Department, Winners Details Request), 16 The
Point, Rockingham Road, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7QU.
19. Joules reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the Prize Draw at any time.
20. In consideration of being awarded the Prize, the winner may be required by Joules or
Iceberg Press Limited to take part in publicity related to the subject of the Prize Draw and
confirm that they will take part in such publicity. Such publicity may include, without
limitation, use of the entrant’s name, photograph (which they will provide on request) and
statements made by the entrants concerning the Prize Draw and/or the Prize.
21. Your details will be used only in relation to the administration of this Prize Draw, the
delivery of the Prize and, only where the entrant has given their prior explicit consent in
accordance with the opt-in terms, for marketing of Joules and Iceberg Press Limited
products. Entrants have the right to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from

Terms and conditions for gift card
“This gift card will expire 24 months from the date on which it is last used. Any balance that
remains on the card on such date will be removed. This gift card may be redeemed online at
https://www.joules.com (subject to website terms and conditions) and in UK stores (excluding
concessions). Any balance on this gift card cannot be redeemed against postage costs and cannot
be used to purchase Joules gift vouchers. If any item purchased with this gift card is subsequently
exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owing will be added to the
remaining balance on the gift card. Balance enquiries can be obtained in store, online or by calling
0845 2507170. If you do not spend the entire balance on this gift card in a single transaction, the
remaining balance will be updated after the transaction and shown on your printed till receipt.
This gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or used as a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
Joules will not accept liability if this gift card is lost, stolen or damaged. Joules reserves the right
