Rules: This promotion is only open to residents of UK & IE, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
To Enter: Enter via our website, enter your details and submit to be entered into the draw.
Promotion Period: Entries must be made between 18th August and 24th August 2015.
Entrants must be 16 years old or over.
No purchase is necessary; however internet connection may be required.
The winner will be selected in a random draw which for your total confidence, will be conducted by UNiDAYS®, from all valid entries received during the promotional period and draw will take place on the 28th August 2015.
The winner will be contacted within 5 working days of the draw. In the event that a winner is not contactable or has not responded within 21 days of notification then the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
The prize must be taken as stated, however if any products are currently unavailable a substitute will be offered to the same value.
By entering, winners agree that if they win, they will participate, for no additional fee, in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.
By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.
Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to vote), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to participate in the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received registrations or winner notifications.
Any personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Promoter may use the data collected for the purposes of sending you marketing on sales and promotions held by the Promoter, subject to your consent. The data will not be disclosed by the Promoter to any other organisation that is not associated with the Promoter.
Entry to the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
