Bank account number not accepted

Hi - I was trying to switch energy supplier using the Cheap Energy Club. I filled out the switch form but could not get it to go through as it kept saying there was an error with my bank account sort code and account number. Triple checked it but it would not accept it - anyone else had this problem?

This sounds like a temporary time-out when checking your account number. If you reload the application page and then (just to be sure) give the page 30 seconds to fully load you should overcome the issue.

If your bank account number is less than 8 digits, put zeroes BFORE your number to make it up to 8 digits.
Example - if the account number is 0123 enter 00000123 instead.
I had this bother and doing this sorted it for me.0
