Hello I'm new to UK. I have a proof of address like : a letter from my employer and a National Express bus bill with my full name and current address. Will they accept one of these forms? Many thanks

The list of documents TSB will accept is here: http://www.tsb.co.uk/current-accounts/faqs/identity/0

If you can't meet their requirements as stated on the link above, then I would call them/pop into branch and explain your situation/what you do have and see if there is anything that they can accept.
Presumably your passport would be fine for the identity, it's just the address.
If you have another bank account at your current address, they do accept a statement. Mine had my initials on it and TSB accepted it.0 -

You would expect them to accept a statement from another bank as that that is on their list of accepted documents.........although that's unlikely to be of much use for somebody who is trying to get their first UK bank account.
I just posted as I'd heard of others having an issue because their bank statement didn't show their full name.0 -

you don't have to prove its actually your address to buy a bus ticket (they will post the ticket to any address you nominate), so it doesn't really prove anything.
Their proof requirements are simple for address:UK/EEA/EU photocard driving licence (Only if not used as proof of identity)
Bank, building or credit union statement (Showing minimum 2 transactions from last 3 months)
Utility bill/utility statement (except water bill or mobile phone bill) or certificate/letter from a supplier dated within the last 3 months
Local authority tax bill/council tax bill for current year
Benefits or pensions notification letter confirming the right to benefit (only if not used as proof of identity) - issued within last 5 months====0
