I think the first mistake was to use prestige flowers....a quick search of these pages will show you want I mean!

As I understand it these sort of companies use RM (may be wrong!) and if delivery was time dependant (as in this case) I would have used a real life florist

This is from one of their emails to me re Sunday delivery

"We can make deliveries 7 days a week but please understand only DPD make our deliveries on Sundays and as your order was sent with the Royal Mail delivery on Sunday was not possible"

I thought you wanted a Saturday delivery?

I did. But I mentioned to them it was TWO days late as they advertise that they deliver 7 days a week and it wasn't delivered until Monday, they were saying it was only one day late. Quoted in here as people were asking if anybody does deliver on Sunday so was posted in response to that.

I have sent them another email and will wait to hear what they say to that.
