Default showing as current and settled

The wife on her credit file has a default showing....

However the same account shows in the settled section of the report.....?

Would this be right? Default was placed in Dec 2010

Is the entry in the name of a debt collection agency?
Is the account in the settled section in the name of the original creditor?

If so it might be correct. The original creditor's entry should be marked to show the debt has been assigned to another party.
